1. Service

Margo (margodash.com) is a profit-analytics dashboard for e-commerce: it aggregates your sales, cost and advertising data into reports. The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. It is operated by Online Retail Denys Lebedovych, Wilcza 17, 00-548 Warszawa, Poland, NIP PL1133134131 (see company details).

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you import and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must have the legal right to connect the ad accounts, marketplaces and messaging accounts you link to Margo.

3. Data ownership

Your data remains yours. We only process it to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy). You can disconnect integrations or delete your account and all associated data at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Margo to violate third-party platform terms (including Meta and Google developer policies), to process data you have no right to access, or to attempt to breach the security of the service.

5. Liability

Margo provides analytics for informational purposes. Business decisions made on the basis of the dashboards are your own responsibility. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
